By purchasing online you will be automatically agreeing to the all the above terms and conditions of sale. On receipt of full payment, Kool Kraken Incorporated™ will send your order to you as soon as possible. Kool Kraken Incorporated™ reserves the right to decline any order with no responsibility to you. We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason at any time at our sole discretion. Our Website allows you to pay for goods online, only when payment is received will we dispatch goods.

In using our Website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use and viewing. You agree that our website may expose you to content that may be objectionable or offensive.

 

Delivery

We will process orders and sort out deliveries twice a week usually on every Monday and Thursday, if you require urgent delivery please contact Kool Kraken Incorporated™ direct and we will try to rush through anything we can at cost of express delivery. Delivery is free anywhere in the UK, using standard postal services; except for all canvases, larger prints and vases – an additional charge will be made on these items, for delivery through a courier service.

 

Liability

Any clothing thought to have been worn, or products thought to have been used will not be refunded. If Kool Kraken Incorporated™ has good reason to suspect items have been worn and then returned, Kool Kraken Incorporated™ reserves the right to not accept liability for damage or defects and therefore offer no refund or recompense. If purchases are damaged or the delivery is incorrect, Kool Kraken Incorporated™   shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within 24hrs of receipt of the products in question. Items must not have been used or worn. Kool Kraken Incorporated™ shall have no liability regarding undelivered orders to you unless you notify us of the problem before 28 days of the date on which you ordered the Products. If you notify a problem to us under the above conditions, our only obligation will be to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace any damaged goods or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the purchases in question. Kool Kraken Incorporated™    will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question.
